INSPECTION
Our Home Inspection gives you a picture of the current condition of your prospective home. An Inspection typically takes 3-4 hours, depending on the size of the home. All areas of the home are checked for any health or safety issues -- from roof & attic to basement or crawl space. We encourage you to be present during the inspection, to ask questions & to identify any areas of concerns you may have. The report you receive will list items needing immediate attention versus those which are normal maintenance.
PRE-LISTING
INSPECTION
A pre-listing Home Inspection provides a professional look at your property & identifies issues you may not see due to gradual changes that can occur in any home over time. Choosing to fix any issue can be seen as an upgrade when you list it! If you choose to leave an issue "as is", you can identify this issue to potential buyers up front, preventing surprises during a home sale.
REPORT
Within 24-48 hours of the Inspection you will receive the Inspection Report electronically. If you are working with a Realtor, we are happy to provide them with a copy of the Report. If you are buying a home, & both you & your Realtor wish a copy to be sent to the home seller's Realtor, we will do so as well.
